We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule are subject to a charge of $50 per service or up to full service value. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no show. All no shows will be assessed a charge at full value of services. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the clinic director.
